THE FRIENDLY LOAF BAKERY PROVIDES BAKING CLASSES RUN BY ARTISAN BAKER MARK PROCTOR AT OUR NOWTON BAKERY LOCATION IN BURY ST EDMUNDS.
I am delighted to be able to tell you that Mark now has relocated his bakery to Low Green, Bury Road, Nowton, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP29 5ND
The working bakery, where the classes will take place, is fully equipped and has a range of professional bread ovens, which gives you a unique opportunity to gain experience in peeling your dough’s into a professional deck oven; as well as being demonstrated on how to produce first class bread for a home environment.
Bread Making course is a maximum of 8 people.
Sourdough & Viennoiserie course is a maximum of 6 people.
For all classes, we ask you to arrive at 9.45am for a prompt 10.00am start. The sessions run until about 2.30pm.
The courses are all hands-on with the students learning about flour and how to knead and shape their bread under the guidance of The Friendly Loaf Bakery’s very own Mark Proctor.
All vouchers already purchased or customers who have already paid and waiting for a course will be honoured.
