We specialise in slow proved REAL bread, SOUR DOUGH and patisserie; sourcing the best flours locally in the UK and fresh ingredients where ever possible, we also use authentic flours from Italy and France where required.
We can offer a direct service as customers are welcome to call in to purchase freshly made goods or place an order. Closed Sunday’s, place an order service on Monday’s.
